Tragedy and Satire
The passive acceptance and realization of the humor in tragedies, none can laugh harder than the crucified comedian. It is fun to laugh at others, but insightful to laugh at yourself. The curve ball of dreams can and will drastically backfire, leaving us in shambles and in shame. Unless of course, we admit to ourselves and others how silly of us it is to just sometimes be ourselves. There is no calamity in this humility, only the shattering of that mirrored ego that leaves us more bruises than the baseball that hit me in the crotch. Egocentric dellusions is not caused by confidence, in fact, it is the lack thereof that is there instead. Like a narrow plank in place of a bridge… one wrong step and we go tumbling down. So, the next time you step on a nail while getting shot by a 12 year old playing with his dad’s gun and shit your pants at that very moment, staining your only good underwear for the week… take a deep breath, sigh and say: "oh well, at least I am breathing… even though I smell like shit." Then you laugh it off and swear that this kind of crap can only happen to you. Well… me anyways. lol
P.S. Sorry haven’t been posting as much, busy working on some songs which I will post as soon as they are ready and I am satisfied with them.
