Hide and Seek
These idle and lightly touched moments contend for a little more time to be spent… just a little while longer. Some playful mischief in the eyes of a beholder may just be heaven sent and something to hold on to, something to steal. For when you have finally been swallowed whole into their world, the hunter may become the prey… ensnare the light of a star in you and you may be blinded forever. There is also the thrill in the thin hanging thread of blind anticipation with just enough to keep your breathe holding; in a game of hide and seek, just how long will you wait before fear caves in over your fleetingly anxious glee of excitement? Do you hide in the shadows waiting to be discovered or do you think that when you remain concealed… you are the victor? You know you can’t hide forever, it will only be a matter of time before you finally come out of hiding and find that nobody is looking for you anymore.
So wear it on your sleeve, let it be taken and trampled upon once or twice. Eventually it will find its rightful place in the world. Hmm, although… if everyone is seeking and nobody hiding, there won’t be a game to play anymore… or is everyone still in hiding?
if everyone is seeking & none are hiding … then that explains everything, doesnt it?

hide and seek..well,,its kinda politics where the stake at risk is always power..when you’re the one hiding does that mean that u have control over the one whose gonna look for you or its the other way around? consider this…during the game,,is there anyone who wouldn’t wish to be found?? i doubt..it is where the excitement resides..it is what the game all about..likewise with life,,we try to convince ourselves we are actually in control of our lives..we have the means..the power..but then if we conceal ourselves in the world weve always known..in a game we thought weve always mastered..time will come when we will eventually find it boring..it is not the game weve always wanted it to be..inevitably we succumb ourselves with that which the heart seeks to find,,,the inner longings..the deeper sense…the higher thoughts…we want to be found..and the price-POWER that had corrupted us in our place of solitude…Go out from your solitude and let yourself be found..

that hits a note. Nothing could be as awakening as being hidden and suppressing what you could have shared then discovering later that there was no one anymore you are hiding it away from. it’s like runnin and runnin and feeling the triumph of not being caught only to find nobody’s chasing anymore.

Awesome!!! you’re a genius… a simple game but a lot of ideas, a lot of hidden innuendo… why do we hide things for? to lessen the guilt or to protect someone from getting hurt? who knows only ” we ” knows the truth from what we hide… for me i prefer to seek… for a true friend, lover and a truth within ourselves… we seek for a lot of things… i hope you find what you seek for my friend and remember those who hide something can’t fly freely with life.

Ryan is right, “Hiding is more exhausting than searching” and its even more depressing when you learn that nobody’s searching for you… It’s been a lonely world for me but life has to move on. we just have to count our blessings even if they arent the ones we hoped for. who knows it could be the last blessing i would get in my lifetime…might as well enjoy ‘em. going against the flow would only cause much hatred… have a nice day!

Have you written a book before (bec you have it)or really show your raw emotion or something..well you should try and not hide anymore, be bold and dont be scared to be trampled upon while you can still think otherwise you might wake up someday and nobody is chasing or listening to you anymore!

Hiding is essential when one needs to withdraw for some specific reasons. It can also bring about great pleasure and excitement in life as found in the game of hide and seek… =)
